• Employer Accounts: For companies and recruiters seeking to hire candidates

You may not create multiple accounts for the same purpose without our prior written consent.

4. Job Seeker Responsibilities

As a job seeker using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
• Not apply for jobs for which you do not meet the basic qualifications
• Not misrepresent your skills, experience, or qualifications
• Respect the confidentiality and proprietary information of employers
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes related to job seeking

5. Employer Responsibilities

As an employer using our Platform, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job openings that actually exist
• Provide accurate and complete information about your company and job opportunities
• Not post jobs that discriminate unlawfully against applicants
• Respond to applications in a timely manner
• Not use the Platform to collect resumes for purposes other than hiring
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of NextHire or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 Your Content

By posting content on our Platform, you grant NextHire a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

6.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or other malicious code
• Is defamatory, obscene, or harassing
• Contains false or misleading information

7. Privacy

• Employers will find suitable candidates

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextHire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

By continuing to access or use our Platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law
